About the Role:
Join us as a Machine Learning Engineer and contribute to the evolution of our AI agents. These tools are vital in simplifying complex healthcare processes, increasing both accuracy and efficiency. Working with a dedicated team of engineers and product designers, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and refining LLM and GPT-like models on datasets to enhance performance and precision.
- Utilizing GenAI techniques to improve data-driven decisions in client applications.
- Engaging in daily stand-ups to discuss project statuses and obstacles.
- Ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into user interfaces alongside the technical team.
- Innovating with new models and methods to advance our technology and refine existing tools.
- Optimizing our AI agents for superior performance and scalability.
- Conducting data cleansing and exploratory data analysis to support model accuracy.
Most importantly, we want someone who is a self starter, who can take initiatives with minimal direction and is excited to build and ship AI products!
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in developing high-performance ML systems at scale.
- Proficient understanding of Transformer architectures, including LLMs, and integration of various ML models.
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks such as Langsmith, Arize
- Experience with Vector database such as Pinecone
